Tracy Green, Senior Account Executive

Tracy Green joined Estes Public Relations in 2017 with 16 years of experience in print journalism and public relations. She has written for numerous publications in Louisville and across the region, garnering awards from the Kentucky Press Association and Society of Professional Journalists, amongst others.

She left journalism to implement a communications program at Oldham County Schools, the state’s eighth-largest public school district. While there, she earned recognition from the Kentucky School Public Relations Association and was named a Rising Star recipient by the International Association of Business Communicators of Louisville and the Public Relations Society of America, Bluegrass Chapter.

In addition to her writing and public relations background, Tracy is also involved in the fitness and wellness industry. A competitive marathoner, she placed in the top 100 women at the 2017 Chicago Marathon, was 9th at the KDF miniMarathon in 2017, and 9th at the Indianapolis Monumental Marathon in 2016. She is also a certified Pilates instructor who teaches in Louisville.

Tracy is a graduate of the University of Louisville, where she majored in communications and was president of the Lambda Pi Eta communications honor society.

While Tracy admits a number of bartenders in Louisville know her by name, she swears it’s because she and her husband enjoy a seat at the bar where they can have a fun, engaging dining experience. They especially enjoy restaurants that allow them to bring their Australian Shepherd, Morgan, on the patio.
